AI content disclosureAll novels, ebooks, downloadable PDFs, chapters, characters, descriptions, and book-cover artwork offered by Katha are generated using artificial intelligence.
AI-generated books and artwork
Katha does not represent its books as having been written or illustrated by a human author. Author names shown on book covers are fictional creative identities used to present and organise the catalogue. Content may be selected, arranged, formatted, or reviewed before publication.
Fiction and accuracy
The stories are fictional entertainment. Names, characters, places, events, and dialogue may be invented by AI. Any similarity to real people or events is unintentional. Readers should not rely on story content as factual, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Originality and reporting concerns
AI systems can sometimes produce unintended similarities or unsuitable material. If you believe a Katha title infringes your rights or contains harmful content, please report the title and relevant chapter through our support channel for review.
Purchases and access
Paid books include the number of free preview chapters listed in their metadata, with two chapters provided by default. Books marked free are available in full. A ₹249 payment unlocks the remaining chapters of a paid book. Reading access is connected to the Indian mobile number used during checkout and can be restored using that same number.
Privacy
We store a normalised version of the checkout phone number to verify purchases and restore access. Payment details are handled by the external payment provider and are not stored by Katha.
